Chakras and Aura

To understand these concepts I think it would be best to understand some scientific ideas. Science and those who study metaphysics agree that everything is made up of energy. All matter is energy condensed to a slow vibration. Everything is energy vibrating at a different rate. There are many things around us that vibrate at a rate that is beyond the range of our normal physical senses. Radio waves and microwaves are an easy example of this. All around us, yet our senses cannot pick them up. There are many things around us that only our higher or psychic senses can pick up such as charkas, auras, spirits and angels. Recently scientific machines have been developed that have proven that validity of charkas and auras. These machines have been able to pick up the exact same colors mystics have said were there. Many healers have also proven that they exist by using them effectively to heal a patient.

Chakras are vortex’s of energy that take in and give off energy. They exist throughout the physical body and outside the physical body. There are seven main and most well known charkas, but there are thousands of them. The main seven run along the spine. The first one is at the base of the spine and is the color red. The next one up is orange and is located about 1” below the naval. The third is located right below the breastbone and is yellow. The heart chakra is next and lies in the middle of the chest. It is the color green. After that is the throat chakra, which is the color blue. In the middle of the forehead is the 3rd eye chakra, which is indigo. On top of the head is the violet colored crown chakra. Each chakra metabolizes certain types of energy. Each chakra takes in energy and sends it to the part of the body that corresponds to that particular chakra. Each chakra is also connected with different emotions, thoughts, and other aspects of life.

A healthy chakra should be spinning clockwise (as if someone was looking at a clock that was placed on you.) and be about 6” in diameter. It is important that they are all about the same size so that you are taking in a balanced amount of all energies. The charkas are similar to muscles. If they are over worked they can get tired. They can also have all sorts of problems. The chakra may be closed, spinning in the opposite direction, torn, bent, damaged, distorted, discolored, and/or many other things. These dysfunctions are usually caused by traumatic experiences, or some kind of personality problem that needs to be resolved. If the problems that caused the damage to the chakra are not alleviated then physical problems that correspond to the damaged chakra will manifest. An easy example is someone that has a lot of anger in them. Most likely they have problems with their heart chakra and are unable to love. If this problem persists long enough heart problems will manifest.

The Aura field around a person has seven main layers to it, each one corresponding to a chakra. Each layer has different functions and different appearances. Each layer is just as real as your physical body. In fact, these other layers are created before the physical body. The physical body emerges out of the etheric layer. Many things can be found out about a person by seeing what is going on in their aura. Emotions and thoughts can all be seen here as varying colors. Sickness can also be seen here. The energy in the aura should be constantly moving. Stagnate energy in the aura is caused by psychological problems. This stagnant energy becomes like mucus and causes unhealthy energy flow, which leads to disease and sickness.

The charkas and aura are interconnected, just like your physical organs and body. Each part has a specific task to do for the whole. A human is made up of this complex system of charkas and auras.

The aura and charkas also play a large part in our relations with others. When we form a relationship with someone, cords form between each person. These cords extend from the charkas and connected with the other person’s charkas. The chakra it extends from and the strength of the cord depending on what type of relationship it is. When a relationship splits up these cords are broken, and can cause pain for a person if it was an unexpected breakup. A lot of energy is transferred between the auras of the people involved as well.

Chakra Meditation

You can start with just the 7 main ones (root-crown). Once you get better try the other charkas. Get comfortable in a quiet place. You can do this sitting or lying down. If you find your mind wondering it is OK. Just gently bring your thoughts back to the meditation. If you fall asleep that is ok, your body needs rest. During sleep you are in closer contact with your true self and you can seek reminders from the soul's universal awareness concerning the meaning and purpose of meditation. Take some deep, yet comforting breaths and focus on them. Feel yourself getting more and more relaxed. Start at your root chakra and just imagine seeing it in your mind (could be 1st person, 3rd person, whatever) and notice if anything looks off about it maybe the wrong color, maybe not spinning clockwise, maybe torn, maybe speckles of other colors, maybe closed up. Don't force anything, just let whatever comes to mind come. Then imagine a ball of beautiful red energy in front of you see it enter into that chakra and cleanse it, wash away and negativity, and put it into perfect balance and harmony. Focus on that for a few minutes. Then when you think it is finished have the ball exit your chakra, thank it, then send it back into the universe. Then repeat the process for each of your charkas. Just change the color of the ball to the color of that chakra. Feel free to spend extra time cleansing any chakra that may be particularly damaged. Then once they are all cleansed imagine a beam of brilliant white light pouring down from the heavens, down into your crown chakra, and down your spine energizing each chakra, and finally out your root chakra. Then imagine it going down through the floor, down and down into the earth. Just watch it fall, it may get stuck or move around things. In the center of the earth is a ball of golden energy, once your light reaches there have it wrap around that ball a few times. Then follow the energy back up through the ground, back up your chakras, and see it pouring out your crown chakra all around you. See just beautiful gold-white light pouring around you healing you, relaxing you. That’s it! As you practice more you'll start to feel it more and more. You may see various aspects of your life start to get better.
