Gratitude is a state of being thankful for the wonderful experiences you have in your life (whether it’s people, objects, situations, etc.) and being open to the possibility of more. It’s easy to slip into modes of hate, fear, anxiety, doubt, and worry. These states of mind only help to attract more situations into your life to reinforce those states of mind. It can turn into a cycle of depression. By focusing your mind on what you have to be grateful for, even if it may seem like something minor, it allows you to keep your mind in a positive state, therefore allowing you to be open to receive more positivity in your life. As you keep this as your focus, you begin to move into your heart space and begin to see the wonderful opportunities that will present themselves to you.
