Seed Mandala
79. Seed Mandala-The Seed of Life (7 overlapping circles) is the central part of the Flower of Life pattern, a geometrical representation of creation. The 7 circles represent the 7 days of creation as well as the 7 levels of consciousness (7 chakras). This hypnotic pattern taps directly into the 3rd eye and pineal gland to realign mental and spiritual energies, thus bringing the mind into clarity with one’s divine purpose. By focusing on this mandala for several minutes, one’s mind will become clear, and an expansion of the 3rd Eye chakra occurs. If your thought wanders during the meditation, gently bring it back and continue to focus on the center of the mandala.
