26. Solar Plexus Chakra-This is a representation of the Solar Plexus Chakra which is located in the middle of the body, right underneath the sternum. This chakra is a bright yellow color and is associated with understanding and accepting your perfect and unique place in the world. In this chakra we find self-acceptance, self-love, self-care, and confidence. Through loving and accepting ourselves, we can then do the same toward others. Coming in from the top of the chakra is what is left of white light energy (white light contains all colors) after the white light energy has had the violet, indigo, light blue, and green energies metabolized out of it from higher up chakras. After white light energy passes through the solar plexus chakra, the yellow energy is metabolized out of it and the rest continues on to lower chakras. This chakra is seen with 10 petals, each containing a different letter from the Sanskrit language (ancient Hindu). The solar plexus chakra is connected with a downward triangle symbolizing the first manifestation of higher spiritual energies into the material world. The Sun has a strong healing effect on this chakra. The lion and the astrological symbol of Leo are related to self love and acceptance. The yellow vibration of the banana helps to bring balance this chakra. The crystal citrine is also a powerful healer of this chakra.
